Personalized Digital Products

Aristo Astrology provides personalized digital products and AI-generated astrology reports.

Because these products are customized for each customer based on personal birth information and generated immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once a report has been generated and delivered.

Technical Issues

If you believe:

• Your report was generated incorrectly

• A technical error occurred during processing

• You were charged but did not receive your report

• Purchased content was not delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will investigate your request and may provide one of the following remedies where appropriate:

• Correction of the report

• Replacement report

• Refund

The determination of the appropriate remedy will be made by Aristo Astrology based on the circumstances of the case.

Subscription Services

Certain services may be offered through recurring subscriptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically entitle you to refunds for charges already incurred.

Access to subscription benefits may continue until the end of the current billing period.
